My journey began in business and leadership, across industries and countries, where performance and outcomes often define success.

Over time, what stayed with me most were not the results, but the people. Their questions. Their transitions. The uncertainties and responsibilities that often remain unspoken beneath outward roles and expectations.

Perhaps that sensitivity was also shaped by my own transitions over the years – across roles, industries, countries, and phases of life – and by seeing how even outwardly successful transitions often carry quieter questions underneath them.

That is where something began to shift. Many of the most important challenges we face – at work, in relationships, and during periods of transition – are not solved through strategy alone. They ask for reflection, clarity, and the space to think more honestly.

That shift eventually led me toward coaching. Not as a departure from my earlier work, but as a natural extension of it.

Learning & Credentials

I continue to learn through both formal study and lived experience. I am an ICF-accredited coach (GCCP Level 2) on the ICF PCC path, a certified Independent Director through IICA, and have also completed Google’s Leadership program in the context of Generative AI.
These experiences continue to shape how I think about leadership, responsibility, human potential, and the decisions we make during moments of change.

My Reflections

The reflections here are not written for a specific role or stage of life. They are written for anyone who has felt the weight of a moment they couldn’t quite name.

Alongside coaching, writing has become an important way of making sense of these experiences – both for myself and for others who may be navigating similar spaces.
